OUR PEOPLE are essential to the company’s success, which is why we enjoy witnessing their growth year-over-year. 

We’ve had a plumber who was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer. While battling it, we organized a meal train, provided financial assistance and were by his side as he fought – and beat – the disease. He’s now happily back at work and healthy once again, which we are thrilled to see. 

When you become a Mallick Team Member – you are not a number. You are a person with goals, values, feelings and will be treated as so by everyone within our organization.
