Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts payable invoice entry, matching invoices to Purchase Orders, preparing payment runs, maintain vendor/supplier records, and other typical AP related tasks. This role will manage incoming communications from external vendors and work collaboratively with various departments
- Process Accounts Receivable Invoicing across all entities, receipts, and aging detail. Assist in collections process
- Assisting with preparation of journal entries and month-end closings, including financial statement preparation for multiple entities
- Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management; including, special projects/ad hoc financial analyses and more.
Qualifications
- NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn. We will provide all the tools you need to be successful; we just ask you have a strong work ethic and mindset.
- Willingness to learn about Accounting and Billing and learn every day
- 40 hours a week, On-site required
- Must be able to pass a background, credit, and reference check prior to receiving offer for employment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a bonus. This position will be working with many reports in Excel and must not be intimidated or overwhelmed by using it. Working knowledge of MS Office also a plus.

They were able to send someone over in a few hours and although the cost was on emergency rates, the pricing was still competitive among other companies and were very responsive. They had someone come over beforehand to check the leak to see what part needed to be replaced before they had the technician come over which was very helpful. "Quality workmanship at a fair price"I am remodeling my master bathroom and I contacted Mallick Plumbing to come and provide me with an estimate for the rough-in. The gentleman who came out to meet me was on time and was very polite and knowledgeable at his trade. I scheduled the work to be performed by Mallick and Jacob was back out to do the work at the scheduled time. Jacob did a quality job and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. There was one item overlooked that I noticed after Jacob had left. I called in and spoke with Dale, who was a pleasure to work with, and he had Jacob back out to take care of the overlooked item very quickly and Jacob performed the task with the same quality of workmanship he used on the rest of his work.
