"EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!"

This plumbing company is EXCELLENT!!! Water was flooding into our basement just two days before we were leaving for an 8-day vacation. Our sump pump had always been dry whenever we looked into it. It seemed that the water was coming up through our underground drain in our furnace room. We soon figured out that we needed a plumber quick since whatever we did was not helping. Jose from Mallick Plumbing was able to figure it out quickly. He determined that our sump pump was not working and replaced it with a new one. He was quick, efficient, polite, professional and calm. He recommended that we call Level 4 Property Services to make certain we would not get mold in our basement after such a disaster. That was a great recommendation! We were also very happy with Jose's partner, Wilikerman Kollie. When he saw my husband and me running around trying to carry items away from the flooded area, he quickly joined us in saving so many of our possessions. My husband and I are seniors so we really appreciated his help. I think we have a new plumbing company. Mallick is the best!!!
