I had an emergency after Washington Gas said that there was a gas leak from the meter from the regulator and they said that it needed to be replaced immediately. They were able to send someone over in a few hours and although the cost was on emergency rates, the pricing was still competitive among other companies and were very responsive. They had someone come over beforehand to check the leak to see what part needed to be replaced before they had the technician come over which was very helpful. Troy was very knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms so it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing & Heating for future issues.

I am remodeling my master bathroom and I contacted Mallick Plumbing to come and provide me with an estimate for the rough-in. The gentleman who came out to meet me was on time and was very polite and knowledgeable at his trade. I scheduled the work to be performed by Mallick and Jacob was back out to do the work at the scheduled time. Jacob did a quality job and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. There was one item overlooked that I noticed after Jacob had left. I called in and spoke with Dale, who was a pleasure to work with, and he had Jacob back out to take care of the overlooked item very quickly and Jacob performed the task with the same quality of workmanship he used on the rest of his work. It is so nice to work with a company who truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you to the whole staff at Mallick Plumbing.
